We have stayed here several times because the airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes- very reliable. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Hotel service is poor - when we checked in at 10 pm ventilation in the room appeared to not be working ; the front desk said they would send a technician up to a check it but after a half hour went by and no one appeared we wanted to go to sleep so we called again to cancel the service call. It was also impossible to get more pillows. I wish the front desk staff was as efficient s the shuttle service.
