Staff was very helpful and cheerful even though he was by himself and stressed by volume of work needing to be done. Facilities were clean and modern. Would have given 5 stars if room was carpeted. Could hear people above walking around and we both do stretches on the floor in the morning. It seems to be the trend for hotels to eliminate carpeting I guess for easy cleaning but we both are disappointed by it.
