I thought the hotel had great service, and it was nice to have a restaurant with good food in the hotel. The shuttle was also convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, I was on a ParkSleepFly package and was charged for parking by Metropolis when I checked out. I spent the next month trying to resolve this. I tried multiple times to reach the Accounting Department at the hotel or to ask them to call me back, but to no avail. Metropolis told me I was supposed to receive a validation code from the hotel so I wouldn't be charged. I liked the hotel, but wouldn't recommend a ParkSleepFly package there. This disconnect needs to be resolved.
I do need to give a shout-out to the security crew, however, as they cleaned off our car during a bad snowstorm. It was very kind.
