We had a good experience over all. We (my husband, myself and our three year old) arrived at 2am. I called and let the clerk on 2nd shift know of our predicated arrival time. She says that was no problem they had rooms available and she would make a note to let us in our room early. When we arrived the third shift man said that we'd have to pay almost $100 more!!!! But seeing we had a three year old to come back at 9 am and maybe they'd let us in the room them. So we had to sleep in our car. I went in the lobby at 6am to potty and the guy said okay I've talked to first shift and you can go to your room. I was thankful but still upset that I was told one thing by 2nd shift and told another by the man that clearly got off on his crappie authority..
