Some of the options on S. Mannheim can get a little sketchy, but, because of proximity to O'Hare, still usually stay there. This time, with a little later morning flight and a great price, decided to stay up north at this location. Everything I'd expect from a park-n-fly hotel, and then some.
Quiet, safe area with more dining options. Property and room were clean / comfortable enough. Decent breakfast. Some had mentioned long waits / unreliability of the "on demand" shuttle but our guy stopped what he was doing, got the shuttle and we were on our way within 5 minutes of asking. When called upon landing, was told the shuttle would be at least 40 minutes, so, they offered to pay for a cab so wouldn't have to wait. That's service!
