We arrived later at night, about 8. We were checked in easily ( or so we thought )and our room was very nice. After a night of no sleep because of the non stop planes,which is in no fault of the hotel, we went to check out. Turns out we were not checked in and my credit card was charged for the no show charges. The very nice lady at the desk fixed it. We got our shuttle and headed to the airport. When we got back a week later, we ended up having to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle back.
