When we arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk had no record of our reservation! There was a communication glitch between the ParkSleepthird party agency through which we made the reservation and the hotel. The desk clerk called a supervisor who, thankfullly, DID have access (somehow) to our reservation. This all transpired around 10:00 p.m. and was quite stressful. The desk clerk desrves credit for perseverance. Lesson? Using third party reservation services carries risks
