Jill checked our family in at the front desk, and upon seeing the four of us (2 kids and 2 parents), she quickly recommended we change our reservation from one King to two Queens. Jill provided additional assistance with our reservations and answered all of our questions, which set the tone for a favorable overnight experience.
Parking and shuttle to the airport are extremely convenient with a shuttle running every 20 minutes, and the ride to the airport taking less than ten minutes.
Finally, we departed PHL at 5:00 p.m., and requested a late check-out, allowing us to remain in our hotel room until 2:00 p.m.
