This is a very good hotel property: 3 adults had a nice & clean room, good beds, quiet & restful night sleep before early flight from O'Hare. All this for a good value as an overnight stay with car parking for the week we were gone. Front desk staff were helpful & responsive. Airport shuttle driver, Ben, picked us up at 4:00 AM, there exactly on-time as promised, and he was very pleasant and personable at that hour! My only critique: the night lights covering the back parking lot where we left our car for a week did not work, leaving the lot in complete darkness. While the neighborhood did not give me cause to worry, and the front desk staff assured me my car would be safe, I encouraged them to get the several lights fixed. Hopefully they did.
