Check-in was relatively easy. My bill was about $2 more than I expected. After a 2.5 hr drive in Bay Area traffic I wasn’t in a mood to contest it.
But if I had a complaint it would be thevtvvreception. Terrible & no TV guide available. Not that that would have improved the quality of the tv Reception. Bring a Kindle or book to read. WiFi was just so-so.
Bed was comfortable & shower was nice.
The pleasant surprise was the decent complimentary breakfast. Nothing hot other than coffee or tea, but a nice supply of croissants & large Costco- like muffins!
The shuttle took us to Oakland airport on time. I guess the real test will be how long it takes for them to pick us up after we call them next week!
