BW Des plaines is a bit older as far as facilities go, but it is kept clean and the staff is very friendly. We took advantage of the park, sleep , fly program where we park our vehicle at the hotel, get a hotel shuttle to the airport, then, when we returned, we just advised we were ready for pick up and the Hotel sent the shuttle over. I saw several reviews where the Hotel dropped the ball on the shuttle, but I had a discussion with the Front Desk when I came in and they said the problems were behind them and I will tell you that our drop off and pick up went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Best Western Des Plaines if you're looking for a place somewhat near O'Hare.
