I stayed one night and have no complaints whatsoever about my room or the hotel itself. The staff were friendly, courteous, respectful and went out of their way to help. I was new to the area, it was dark and traffic was extremely heavy, being Christmas Eve. I didn't have GPS and missed the turn up to the hotel, which is set back and trying to find the way to go back to the other side of the highway was harrowing . The staff were wonderful in trying to help me find my way, I am extremely grateful. The room was clean, comfortable (once I turned up the temperature) and I had a good night's sleep.
(I only gave poor review for location because after missing the turn, it took me a LONG time to find my way back due to heavy traffic & poor/lack of road signs. If I'd had GPS I'd have probably been fine!)
