My wife and I had an early flight from O'Hare for our honeymoon on New Year's Eve. To ensure snowy roads and traffic did not ruin our chances to make our flight, we booked a room at the Best Western ... and were able to leave our car there for 14 nights while we were on vacation.
While a "regular" hotel with just 3 floors, the property was great. The room and hallways were immaculate. Even with a family of kids right down the hall, the room was quiet. No ambient highway noises either. We go a great night's sleep on a comfortable bed.
In the morning, the breakfast had items that even my wife with many food allergies could eat. We booked a shuttle for 6:30am. When it didn't arrive by 6:40am, the desk clerk simply called an Uber for us (hotel paid). Great customer service and concern for the hotel guest.
There are literally dozens and dozens of restaurants in the area, so we took short drive to dinner. There have a room service menu, but we wanted to get out and sit at a table and be served on the night before we traveled.
Parking is easy ... and they offer long-term parking for up to 14 days while you vacation.
By the way, there is an indoor lap pool we didn't get a chance to use, and a small fitness center. Both in great condition.
It is not fancy, but it is very comfortable, clean, quiet and accommodating. We were very, very happy with our stay.
