my non smoking room stunk of old stale cigarette smoke. I had to go to walmart and get a potted flower and candles to clean the air. no other room available. it was labeled as non smoking room so why did the maid not report inability to clean air out of room before using it again? staff was very friendly but unable to help without talking with manager.
