I had to argue with the front desk for 45 minutes to obtain the rate that I booked. I had a confirmation email showing this rate but the hotel wanted to charge me a higher price. At one point the man at the desk said take it or leave it, which was not acceptable to me. He said my options then were to leave or he would call the police. I had not yelled or swore. I could not believe it. 45 minutes later I had a room at the rate I booked. I have reported this incident to Ramada Corporate.
