Hotel was not bad but the customer service needs much work. 3 men standing there when I walked in, then boom..no one speaks up to help. One walks away. One acts as if he’s just overly busy on the phone/computer. And the one who was ACTUALLY busy, is busy. Parking lot was over packed when I got there and was way over packed when I returned to pick up my car..a week later. But on a positive note, my flight was delayed and I did not return until early in the morning the day after I was to pick up my car and the man that I spoke with about it was cool and said not to worry about it.
