We had confirmations for 3 rooms. When we arrived they said one of the room reservations had been cancelled. We didn't cancel it! Needless to say hotel was full and they had to " find" a room for us. It wasn't great. Very stressful and not a great start to our trip. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us a room because they were full,but room wasn't great. Don't know who to blame for this mixup.We booked through your website so we assume the "glitch" was on your end.
