No problems with my stay, left for early flight before time for breakfast, but the dining area was very small. Shuttle service was good.
My only problem was with the booking service. I had originally booked at another Super 8 near Plaza Circle. A few days after I booked, got an email to call about a problem. When I did, the hotel as full, and the person helped me book at the Super 8 on 83rd Terrace. As I was driving to Kansa City, I got a phone call from “the” hotel, asking about what time I would arrive. I got to the hotel, checked in, and was in bed at 10 o’cl When my phone rang. When was I going to get to the hotel, the called inquired! Turns out, I was booked at both hotels. The clerk at the Plaza Circle Super 8 assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for a night at her hotel, so if that is true, no harm done to me, but makes me wonder about the whole process of booking through a third party! StayParkTravel, are you going to make sure this glitch doesn’t penalize my pocketbook?
