OK, we were happy with our room. It was clean and people were friendly & nice. HOWEVER, we chose your hotel because of the parking for our 3 week trip to Aloaska. We requested a 6am shuttle for our 7:30 flight, and were told it would be prompt. We were in the lobby at 5:30 to have a coffee. A shuttle came at 5:55 & told us there would be another coming soon to take us to the McNamara terminal. It finally came at 6:10, but was FULL and we were told there would be another coming. We got on at 6:30 & insisted the driver go to Delta first. When we arrived, the kiosk said we were too
late, and they would have to find us new flights, even though we were alrady checked in & had boarding passes. We rushed to an agent, who hurried us through, thank goodness the security line was short, we ran to our gate, where they were already boarding. This was not a pleasant way to begin our vacation!
