As a professional traveler I can not say enough about the service and people at this property. I was overly impressed by the entire management team, day and night shift both. Every step was taken to insure my stay was perfect. I left my vehicle parked for a 10 day stretch and I was informed on where to park, what I needed to know on being picked up after my trip and picked up at 3:15 am for my trip to the airport. The people are amazing.
The property itself is being remodeled and it’s easy to see the care being taken during the upgrades. I was more than pleased with my accommodations with refrigerator and microwave. Large room with very comfortable bed.
I will use this property again and again. Whenever I fly out of Chicago, this is where I will be staying.
