We received an upgraded Deluxe room upon arrival because our reserved room had been smoked in. People...come on!! Really take the elevator down and smoke your cancer sticks outside!
For the hotel: clean, renovated, great front desk service. Easy check in. No room for us on the shuttle to the airport (before trip). We had reserved, but no big deal, they called us a private taxi SUV to get us there. Thank you!
Down fall: we had to wait 45 minutes for our pick up at the airport (back from trip). Because of this I will never return to this hotel.
