a total disaster. they couldnt find my reservation with you guys and rebooked and recharged me for everything. sent me to an inhabited room, then did not check me into my room properly. called at 1:30 and 5:00 to see if anyone was really in the room. when i checked bill they had charged me for two rooms. is not a comfort inn anymore???
