My husband and I decided to try this hotel because it advertised a park, stay and ride feature. The hotel was fine but unfortunately the rest of the experience was not. We checked in and I told the clerk that we would need to have a shuttle around 5:30 because of an early flight the next morning. We were informed that shuttles did not start before 6:00 a.m. To make a long story short, they said they would get a person to come at 5:30 but it was advised that we should compensate the driver well because he was starting work earlier then his usual 6:00 time. This does not work well for travelers with early departure times (which there are many). It is also quite far from Newark Airport (25 minutes). So to sum it up, we will not be staying at this hotel in the future!!
