We had email confirmation of our reservation to spend a night before our early morning flight out of DIA airport but the hotel did not have the reservation! Fortunately, there was room at the hotel and the front desk honored the email (and the rate). But to be sure you have a place to stay - maybe make your reservation directly with the hotel? On our return, the shuttle driver was most accommodating and dropped us right at our vehicle.
