The hotel was so nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. It really is very hard to find transportation to the cruise port. It is very expensive too. It is cheaper and maybe easier to book a hotel closer because for the price we decided to park our car in the cruise terminal as it was cheaper than getting a taxi there and back from the cruise port. They only offer free shuttle to the airport. We tried that then tried to get a taxi at $75.00 on way to cruise port. We ended up going back to hotel to get our car and drove to cruise port and parked for a lot cheaper cost. The only complaint that we had is why advertise this hotel as a park and drive hotel for the cruise port. It was a real headache.
