So with Covid19 this stay was a bit interesting but fine. The front desk had bar stools around it to keep distance between customer and staff. If you need towels etc they are dropped in a bag at the front door but it was all good. We dropped our car on the 13th and got the shuttle to the airport. We returned early hours on the 20th. I called the hotel to get the shuttle and was told it was not running at that time. I asked how we were supposed to get to the hotel and was told to take a taxi or uber at my expense. I said no that I should not have to pay for the taxi. She said well you were told that the shuttle would not be running when you were given a blue card when you checked in. I told her I had never received a blue card. She asked how I got the number to call the hotel. I told her I googled it and called. She finally agreed to pay for the taxi. Once we were there check in was easy and we got up to the room. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again depending on the time my flight was getting in as the shuttle is not 24 hour.
