Everything was perfect for this stay except there was no obvious disclosure about shuttle service being discontinued, which was the main reason I chose this place to stay!!! So on top of a room and parking charge I had to pay for an Uber and will have to pay another upon return adding $50.00 to this trip. I could have stayed somewhere else and parked by the airport for what this has cost me. They did try to make it up by offering me a complimentary breakfast, that was very good. I did appreciate that. I understand it’s due to COVID but I just wish I would have known. Luckily I have an Uber app and have used it before or I would have been more stressed out. Otherwise the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet!!! The staff were very helpful. It’s was the booking website I used that I should be upset with!
