We enjoyed our stay, clean, and good staff as expected. However, we live about 70 miles from the airport so we use Park,stay,fly for the ease of getting to the airport. We were shocked at 9:30 pm when we called to see about the airport shuttle time for the next morning and found out that the shuttle service was not available for the past year. (Pandemic related) There is no notice anywhere in your site or on the hotel site in regards to reduced services or no shuttle available etc.I was left with having to sign up for UBER or Lyft and was told taxi’s would be expensive. I found that setting up these accounts to be very frustrating and deleted one app and started over. Ended up okay, but cost us an extra $50.00 to go the 5 miles to the airport. It was very unsettling. We won’t use the program until the shuttles are once again available.
