The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The gal at check-in was very helpful and informative, offering tips on ordering pizza delivery, signing us up for the airport shuttle and explaining the parking details. When our stay was cut short due to a family emergency, the night clerk was very sympathetic and efficient in checking us out. As such, the service was worthy of 5 stars.
The hotel was a bit dreary and dark in the public areas, mostly due to Covid precautions, however, the suite was very large, clean and well-appointed.
Next time we take an extended trip out of Charlotte, we will book through ParkSleepHotels and stay at the Hyatt House.
