Everything was great until I returned from my trip and called for the shuttle. The number given to me to call for the shuttle went to voicemail twice. I call directly to the hotel but the hotel phone service was not functioning well. I called six times until my call was answered. When my call did get answered, the shuttle arrived promptly. Getting through the parking validation machine was terrible. My validated fee parking ticket did not work, my credit card was charged $44.10 and the gate still would not open. I had to call the hotel to send someone to help me get out. I\'m waiting for a credit on my card.
