Everything was excellent except for the unfriendly person on the front desk the morning I left. When asked if there was any coffee available she said "no, you\'ll need to back to your room and make it." Since I was waiting for my ride to the airport, that was not an option. Fortunately, I saw a very nice lady pouring a cup at the breakfast bar, which was not opened. Her response when I ase her was: "sure, I\'d be happy to get you one." This simple act of kindness changed my attitude toward Court Yard.
