Room, etc. fine. Issue with shuttle service. Large shuttle showed up shortly after we called. Driver kept saying "Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North." I was unaware there were 3-4 hotels with basically same name in the area. Asked for clarification of "North" once in van and was told it was incorrect van, so we had to unload and catch the "real" shuttle to our Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport hotel a few minutes later.
Not a big deal, but agents should make very clear that there are subtle differences in names for this series of hotels that a weary traveler might not catch late at night.
