I was welcomed on Tuesday, 2/15 by Amani (I think, spelling?), who was professional, courteous, and most helpful.
In the morning, I had a number of questions which Dorothy answered to my satisfaction. When the airport shuttle failed to arrive on time, Dorothy, who was just leaving her shift, graciously offered to give me a lift to the airport.
Would definitely stay here again anytime I fly out of Norfolk!
