As usual, the room was very clean and well stocked( except for facial tissue). Love the quiet environment as well.
However, I was never informed that the water would be turned off the next morning, for repairs. I always shower in the morning, and you can imagine my surprise when the water did not turn on. My sister and I asked what happened as we were checking out. The front desk clerk explained that all guest were given a sheet, at check in, explaining the inconvenience. That may have been true for others, but I never received a sheet nor an explanation, at check in. This does not deter me from using Doubletree in the future, but, please explain to your front desk staff to double check and make sure all guest are thoroughly aware of any inconvenience.
