i have nothing bad to say about the hotel but the come back with the shuttle was horible. the place to wait for the shuttle at the port is in the middle of the parking lot where theres no shadow and no bench to sit. yet every other shuttles picked up they clients where theres benches and shadow at the exit of the dock. even worst, the driver never came for us. he dropped clients and left. after 2h of waiting we called a cab to go back to the hotel to get our car we left there. however the hotel reimburse us for the cab.
