The hotel itself was good. Only issues were that the dining room closed at 9pm, and shuttle service was not great. When booking the hotel it was not clear that shuttle transportation was not included in the price. This should have been included in the booking information. Also, upon returning from our trip at approximately 8pm, we waited for over 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle before finally arranging for our own transportation via Uber. Other hotel shuttles came and went multiple times while we waited. Hotel staff were not helpful when dropping off our car at the beginning of the trip and gave us incorrect information. Hotel staff at the overnight end of our trip were very kind and helpful and corrected the errors of the initial staff. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
