The staff was superb. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff to maintenance and the shuttle driver were all friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
The property itself is older and we had issues with the hot water in the shower that we never really were able to get as hot as we would like but it was no biggie. Very clean.
We ended up having to stay another night and the front desk directed us to the adorable downtown Burlingame that had a bunch of cute little shops and restaurants. And you could take a really nice walk on the water front on the otherwise of the hotel.
