Location was great. Staff was friendly and hotel very clean. Breakfast was good too. Only issue, my confirmation said
“Pre/Post Cruise Package with Parking and Shuttle to Cruise Port”
Imagine our surprise to be told we needed to pay an additional $60 for the 2 of us to shuttle to and from the port.
That certainly dimmed the excitement of our stay.
