The shuttle was overbooked with a large group all using a different cruise line than me. It took two trips and was running late for the next group pickup which included me. Some notice of this would have been nice- found it easier just to drive myself and park. The hotel was dated but the outside was so well groomed and maintained- very nice- the staff were EXTREMELY nice. Id stay again.
