The hotel, amenities, service and staff were all excellent.
However, booking with ParkSleep and their after care service was extremely poor.
I booked a one night stay with parking for four weeks.
All went swimmingly with the booking until I received the confirmation email that informed me that parking was only free for 8 days.
On the original booking, I entered the dates for parking, there was nothing on the original form that said parking was for only 8 days.
On looking into it further I was to be charged £15.00 a night for a further 20 nights.
Anyone booking for a room with parking beware.
