The park and sleep option is a real lifesaver. We had just flown in from Portugal and were dead tired because of the very long flight and the time change which was significant. Instead of driving another two hours to make it home we decided to stay a night at the Hyatt, and it was a very smart move. Courtney was especially helpful. She checked us in originally when we dropped off our car and she was also the person who picked us up at the airport in the hotel shuttle. She was very cheerful and helpful.
