Check-in was a little slow as there was only one person on the desk. It took about 15 minutes. The parking was plentiful with easy access to the rear door. The room was clean and comfortable.
We had a 9AM flight so had to be at the airport by 6AM. The shuttle was quick and on our return, the shuttle was at the airport in about 10-15 minutes. Arriving back at the hotel to pick up our vehicle, the woman at the desk offered to get our vehicle from the parking lot and clean the snow off. While I declined her offer, she insisted on helping us with our bags.
All said, this was a very positive experience. There is a restaurant just off the lobby, but we did not try it.
