Everything was excellent except for finding where to get shuttle back to the hotel. Made call & automated voice was too unclear. Stranded 1/2 hr at wrong place. Airport employee directed us to another place. 1/2 hr wait, no shuttle. Called desk, was speaking, but call was cut off. Shuttle arrived, wrong Doubletree. Directed to another place. Waited 1/2 hr. (Was VERY cold in windbreaker). Others waited 1 hr. Spoke at desk & asked for & got 2 cookies. Others were yelling & swearing not to stay at Hiltons ever again. Sad welcome back to Canada. But after Cuba, I was used to problems.
