We drove to San Diego from Phoenix to get a great airfare to Hawaii so needed a place near the airport for an early morning flight where we could park our car for almost 2 weeks, so we choose this place. Talk about exceeding our expectations! Eli the front desk man at check-in was so genuinely gracious and charming— he made me feel like a VIP. Very clear on how and where to park, where to leave keys, how to get the airport shuttle at 6 and eat at 5:50 AM and we ended up in an absolutely beautiful suite with two separate bedrooms and an enormous beautiful bathroom with spacious countertops, wonderful lighted mirrors, a huge handicap shower that had no step in, with a bench seat and two different kinds of shower heads. Linens and pillow cases were top notch, bed comfy, towels nice, hot breakfast, courteous and efficient shuttle driver, nice morning manager in duty. But that Eli, who was our welcoming first impression— what a lovely man!
