You confirmed a reservation for us for 14 day parking. When we got there the hotel said it was 7 day parking and we’re not familiar with you. They wanted $280 for the extra days parking. I negotiated for half and they said ok. This also was our second booking of the day after we fled the Howard Johnson pesthole which you booked for us at $40 over the standard hotel rate. At the very least I would expect a refund on you booking charge and compensation for the additional $140 I had to pay.
