L8ve the hotel. I had booked before and after stay, parking in a covered garage (a big bonus)! The day we checked in, I realized we did not need the 2nd night. The hotel canceled, but I couldn\'t find a phone number to cancel with your company the 2nd night hoping to get some refund. How can you help me? The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and had so many people waiting (no reservations taken), that they had to call their bigger bus. Our driver was great both ways. Pickup was efficient as well.
