The hotel and staff were exceptional. The lady concierge was very accommodating and made sure we were welcomed and our car was secured in valet parking lot. The shuttle driver was friendly and our trips to and from the airport were worry free. We were especially appreciative when we returned to Pearson later than anticipated and walked out to find the shuttle right there! He took us straight to the hotel in the middle of the night and we were promptly registered and in bed in short order! Beautiful hotel and would recommend it highly!
