The hotel was clean and the room was nicely appointed. We did however have trouble getting the room to cool to a comfortable temperature.
We had stayed at this Hyatt Place before and enjoyed our visit including breakfast. This time it was a totally different experience. We got to breakfast around 8:00 and they were already out bagels, syrup for the French toast and no yogurt. When I went to get fruit, that was gone too. I know that it was a Monday but was very poor planning on the management’s part.
