Great location by the airport. Everything you expect from a good hotel. We did the shuttle (4am) to the airport which was great. However, returning back to the hotel after our trip (we did the park and fly option) was problematic. We were told to call the front desk to get there shuttle. No one answered. 10 minutes of trying (11:30 pm). Finally after 15 minutes someone answered and said “just a minute” and nothing again. We eventually found out ( from asking around) that we were supposed to go to the B4 slot (orlando airport) and the van would come every half hour. Nope! We eventually found another way back to the hotel. Please tell people when they ask when checking into the hotel the whole process- not just to call the number!
