Room was nice, beds comfortable
Only problem with an extremely rude, condescending young man. There’s been a mixup with my vouchers so I’d offer to just pay for the room.
He stated half the rooms were reserved for Air Canada because I did not have the correct voucher (I had the taxi to airport venture because the taxi driver had accidentally taken the last one) he informed me I should’ve taken a picture of my voucher (maybe this is some thing oily 20. Somethings like to do for a 60 year old ladies wouldn’t think of such a thing.)
I am a person with several disabilities, and I was acutely ill. I couldn’t breathe and I was crying.
Thank God, a nice man and a lovely young woman stepped in and helped me (I believe she might even left me a note to try to make me feel a little better.)
So if he hasn’t been here, it’s certainly would’ve been a five-star experience
